A permanent residence permit (zezwolenie na pobyt stały) is granted for an indefinite period; the residence card issued on its basis is valid for 10 years and then replaced. Unlike the EU long-term resident card, it does not require 5 years of residence and income — instead you need one of the specific grounds listed in the Act on Foreigners.
We check the basis and any breaks in residence case by case.
Applicants over 6 years old give fingerprints when filing.
The stamp duty is 640 zł (Pole’s Card holders are exempt) and the card fee is 100 zł. According to voivodeship offices, the decision is issued within 6 months. You must file no later than the last day of your legal stay. In Łódź, cases are handled by the Łódź voivodeship office.
We quote the price of our help individually after the consultation; official fees are paid separately. We do not guarantee a positive decision — the voivode decides.
Office: Al. Tadeusza Kościuszki 39, Łódź. We advise residents of Łódź and the whole Łódzkie voivodeship. If no permanent residence ground applies, see the EU resident card or temporary residence; overview: legalisation of stay. A comparison of statuses is in the article “Temporary, permanent and EU long-term residence”.
We check your basis: Pole’s Card, marriage, origin or another ground.
We collect the set and arrange sworn translations.
You pay the 640 zł fee and file with the Łódź voivodeship office.
We answer the office’s requests and supplement documents.
After the decision you pay 100 zł and receive a card valid for 10 years.
Relocate.PL works every day on foreigners’ cases in Łódź: residence cards, CUKR, driving licences, car registration, address registration, PESEL and documents from Ukraine.
We explain Polish procedures to people who meet local offices for the first time and help prepare documents without rushing.
The first consultation is free. We review your situation, give you the document list and the order of steps, and then you decide whether you want help with filing.
We talk by phone, Telegram and WhatsApp in Russian. Site content is also available in Russian.
We advise in Ukrainian — convenient if you are used to Ukrainian terms such as “посвідчення водія” or “мельдунок”.
For clients who prefer English, consultations and information are also available in English.
Client reviews can be read on our Google Maps profile. The owner of the company is Yevheniia Holovnia. We help prepare documents and go through the procedure, but decisions are made solely by the competent authorities.

Permanent residence needs a specific ground (Pole’s Card, marriage, origin); EU long-term resident status needs 5 years of residence, income and B1 Polish. The permanent residence card is valid for 10 years, the EU resident card for 5.
Yes, if you have been married for at least 3 years and, immediately before filing, lived in Poland continuously for at least 2 years on temporary residence granted because of that marriage.
The B1 certificate is a requirement for EU long-term resident status; it is not on the document list for permanent residence based on the Pole’s Card or marriage. We check requirements case by case.
