When you need support with a residence card case
Filing is only the start. After filing, the case may drag on, the office may send a request to supplement documents, and the decision may be negative. We help you through these stages: we handle your residence card case in Łódź from checking documents to the decision and the card. This support is also for people who filed on their own and do not know what to do next.
What the support includes
- tracking the stages and status of the case
- reading letters and requests from the voivodeship office
- preparing a reply and the list of documents to supplement (uzupełnienie braków)
- preparing letters and requests about the progress of the case
- explaining the steps after the decision and preparing for the card collection visit
- checking the decision and helping prepare an appeal (odwołanie)
An office request: what to do
A letter requiring you to supplement documents states a deadline for the reply. Do not delay: bring the letter to us or send a photo on Telegram — we will work out exactly what is needed and prepare the reply.
The case is dragging on: what you can do
First check the case status by its number and make sure all documents were filed. If the deadline is clearly exceeded, the law allows a ponaglenie — a complaint about the authority’s inaction. We explain when this makes sense.
Refusal and appeal
The voivode’s decision can be appealed: the odwołanie is filed within 14 days of receiving the decision, through the voivode to the UdSC. The period is short, so contact us as soon as you get a refusal.
How much support costs
According to the price list on the home page: residence card turnkey — 1200 zł, completing the application without support — 300 zł, booking an office visit — 100 zł. Complex cases are priced individually; official fees are paid separately.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a positive decision or a deadline: the office decides. We are responsible for the quality of preparation, clear explanations and timely action on your case.

What official sources say: Residence card — when to apply
You must file the temporary residence application no later than the last day of your legal stay; the residence card is issued after a positive decision.
- Fingerprints are taken when you apply; for the residence card this applies to children from age 6.
- A complete application filed during legal stay keeps your stay legal from filing until the decision becomes final.
- A passport stamp can be obtained after fingerprinting and fixing formal gaps; it does not allow travel in the Schengen area.
